We will discuss your psychiatric history, medical history, social history, functional needs, and any history of substance use. There might be questionnaires for different disorders included

Session: about 60min

Rate: $225 if no insurance

Insurance accepted: Optum, Connecticare, Anthem BCBS, Aetna, Cigna, Medicaid, Medicare and United Healthcare

Medication Adjustment

We will follow up on your response to your medication treatment plan if adjusted, or any concerns that arise during your medication management.

Session: 20-20mins/depending on complexity

Rate: $75-100/depending on the complexity and if no insurance
